Life-Giving Presence
Wherever We Are

From the beginning, our heart at Seacoast has been to meet people right where they are, to be a life-giving presence in every community where God has called us. Today, all of our campuses have an impact on their communities, and we are committed to resourcing them to accomplish all that God has called Seacoast to do.
Community

The Habit of Gathering

We gather with other believers so we can encourage one another with love and good deeds. While buildings aren’t a necessity for this, they are effective in bringing the family together in one heart and mind.
Growth

Unlimited Potential

There are no limits to what God can do, especially when we are fully pursuing him and fully committed to loving our neighbors. We prepare for growth by addressing capacity and facility issues at our campuses.
Impact

Hope for the World

We believe the local church is God’s way of bringing hope to the world. Our campuses exist as a life-giving presence in every community we are in where people can encounter Christ and experience his love.
And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near.

Investment

Putting our resources where they are needed the most.

Capacity

Make more room to grow

Several of our campuses are near capacity, or will be there soon. While it is exciting to see our church grow, it can also have the opposite effect. Investing in our campuses to meet capacity demands will ensure future guests will feel comfortable attending.
Facilities

Create places for community

We are investing in many of our facilities that are long overdue for renovation in order to develop spaces that are both safe and welcoming. Our goal is to encourage gathering, create a better experience, or to address specific ministry needs.
Resources

Improve the experience

Buildings create space to gather, but effective ministry is done relationally. We continue to invest in both in-person and digital experiences that help us better connect with people through innovative solutions and initiatives.

A new home for Greenville

We want people to know that we are here to stay with an existing facility to serve as our forever home, exploring the acquisition of property or new construction.

Greenville Campus

A new home for Greenville

The Greenville Campus launched in 2004 and has operated in 5 locations during the last 18 years. We currently meet in a private school facility and have limited access to the space except for Sunday morning services. Our volunteers set up the church every weekend and then tear it all down again. We cannot establish permanent signage and generally lack the visibility needed. The space is barely functional and does not reflect Seacoast Church’s commitment to excellence. The auditorium is small, making response time challenging for all the people who call our campus “home.”

Without a permanent space, we are unable to minister to the needs of the community consistently. In addition, our campus offices are located over a mile from our service space. We would like to house our offices at the same location as the church. The lack of permanent space communicates doubt about our commitment to the city. We want people to know that we are here to stay, and we will transform our city. We are looking for an existing facility to serve as our forever home; however, acquisition of property and construction will be considered.

Pray for an existing facility that provides permanent space to minister to those who call this campus home. Please pray for God’s guidance to find the best location and sufficient funding for our Greenville home.

PROJECT ESTIMATED COST: TBD Dependent on acquisition and construction costs.

Our future home

Through the generosity of the Manning Campus, we purchased the Rose’s building on Brooks Street in 2019 for our future home! Their lease expires mid-2024. The vision for this building is to have a permanent home for the campus and relocate the offices from our current house on Church Street to this facility. The building is 16,000 square feet with most of the space dedicated to church use and some space that could be leased to local businesses. We believe this facility will be a tremendous asset for the church and the town of Manning and look forward to seeing this project take shape. The campus has already raised over $200,000 toward the project through donations and the sale of some of our property in Clarendon County.

PROJECT ESTIMATED COST: $2,000,000 (based on preliminary plans)

Help us reach our goal of raising $10 million for Projects this year.
