Make a difference in the world

Seacoast Global Missions is committed to fighting poverty, seeking justice and giving hope in Africa, Latin America and South Asia. We do this in partnership with local churches and organizations focused on church planting, leadership development, social impact and economic development initiatives. Our desire is to help them fulfill the vision that God has given them to reach their communities with the gospel.
PoverTy

Hope to the World

It is our desire to see life-giving churches in every community that are fighting hard to alleviate spiritual and physical poverty. In doing so, they will be seen as a light in the darkness that gives hope to their communities.
Partnerships

Go Further Faster

We partner with exceptional churches and church-focused organizations to help them fulfill the vision that God has given them to reach their communities, making a greater impact than what we could do on our own.
Gospel

Make Disciples

Helping to meet people’s needs creates opportunities to show God’s love and open the door for sharing the Gospel. We don’t want to just provide solutions, but we want everyone to experience abundant life in Christ.
Go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Putting our resources where they are needed the most.

Church Planting

Make a larger and longer-lasting impact in communities

Many of our global partners are committed to planting life-giving churches in the communities where they serve. These churches are planted in urban, rural communities and villages where needed, making a larger and longer lasting impact by meeting the spiritual and physical needs of these communities.
Leadership Development

Teach and mentor the next generation of church leaders

We are continually developing pastors and leaders who will teach and mentor the next generation of church leaders. As church planting and outreach efforts increase, so does the need for leadership training, financial support for pastors, and discipleship programs.
Social Impact

Compassion and care for vulnerable people

We are called to have compassion and care for the orphans, widows and other vulnerable groups. Investing in our global partners helps them share God’s love by meeting the spiritual and physical needs of under-resourced communities through the provision of education, clean water, healthcare and other basic needs.
Economic Development

Serve under-resourced areas around the world

Lack of access to water, healthcare, education, and safe environments, as well as natural disasters and oppressive groups, all lead to poor economic conditions. As we address these issues through our partnerships, we not only believe we’ll see economic recovery, but more opportunities for sharing the Gospel and inspiring dignity through economic independence.

Within a population of 7 million, 29% are Christian, while the predominate religions in the rural areas are Islam, Voodoo, and other indigenous beliefs.

Vision Project: Church Planting

Pioneers has planted 154 churches/Discovery groups among 13 people groups and is working in 84 rural villages. Pioneers Togo also broadcasts a weekly radio program that provides messages of salvation and hope. Their goal is to plant 15 new village churches and secure pastor support.

PROJECT COST: $2,700 per church
PASTOR SUPPORT: $23,040 annually
TOTAL – $63,540: Funds 15 village church plants

Vision Project: Social Impact

Nearly 81.2% of Togo’s rural population lives below the global poverty line. Over half live on $1/day. It is estimated that 40% do not have access to a clean water source. One out of eight Togolese children will not live to see their fifth birthday. This is due, primarily, to waterborne diseases and a lack of medical care.

TRANSPORTATION FOR PASTORS: Many pastors serve in multiple villages over 10 miles apart. We would like to purchase motorcycles to allow pastors to increase their capacity to share the Gospel.
PROJECT COST: $16,800

MISSIONARY HOUSING: With home ownership out of reach for most missionaries and pastors, we are seeking to provide basic housing for 5 missionaries.
PROJECT COST: $50,000 (5 homes)

Provide God's Word to Every Child

One Hope is working with Biblica Bible translators to eradicate Bible poverty in this generation. Over a billion people worldwide lack access to complete Bibles in their language. Translations are needed for 3,641 languages. Together, we hope to make God’s Word accessible to all people by 2033.

No scripture translation currently exists in the Contemporary Eastern Punjabi dialect spoken in India and Pakistan. More than 48 million people speak this dialect and 68% live below the poverty line.
